Chef Damian: A master of culinary artistry.
Damian Herrera began his experience with raw organic cuisine in 2003 when he began working at the newly open Living Light culinary art institute in Fort Bragg, CA. Damian took notice to people’s testimonies of their new founded level of energy through raw food and green juice drinks.
After working side by side with Cherie Soria (the renowned “mother” of the raw foods) for almost four years he and his wife Amy decided to relocate Santa Fe from California. Realizing Santa Fe needed a new fresh venue for eating raw food.

Damian and Amy, a power couple to remember
Damian and Amy have been married for a while now. At first sight, they might seem like a typical couple, smiling at each other, holding hands - but typical does not quite describe them in full.
They met years ago in Northern California in the foodie business, of course. With all their experience in understanding the subtle nuances of healthy eating and the preparation of incredible living food masterpieces, together they created a dream of starting up their own business to offer the best from the both of them.
Juicy Foods, the business
Juicy Foods is located in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico among the old adobe buildings of the historic downtown area. This choice was simple to Damian and Amy who wanted to start a business that promoted excellent health in a place that exemplified what they were creating. Since Santa Fe is known for its clean mountain air and health conscious lifestyle, it was easy to set up and grow a progressive and budding business. Alligned with other health-oriented trend-setters in the community, it has grown in popularity and shares a formidable reputation within the Santa Fe community.
Both Damian and Amy look forward to sharing more of their culinary expertise and creations with the Santa Fe community and continue to serve their valuable customers the best way they can.
